As a Chief of Staff, you will: 

• Acting as a true sparring partner to the CEO and Board Members on the company‘s strategic project. Be an extension and filter in the information funnel
• Take charge of implementing and managing the strategic road-map, business planning and internal budget management
• Have deep knowledge in corporate management, product development, etc. to advise the company through uncertainties
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed on behalf of the CEO and executive team
• Able to build up KPI metrics to track, monitor and report in a timely manner, ensuring the key milestones are achieved as planned
• Actively and independently engage with senior executives to identify new opportunities and to seek alignment on strategic priorities
• Continuously identifying business opportunities, consulting Board members on organization development
• Take ownership of the monthly and quarterly key metrics, business reporting and investor communications
• Take ownership of getting the Company ready for fundraising as needed, which is expected to be every few quarters based on the growth of the business

The ideal profile would have:

• MBA Degree in Economics, Business Administration or any related field is highly preferred.
• 7+ years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or being a (strategy) operator in a high-growth scale-up; 5+years in a similar capacity as Head of CEO office or senior PMO
• Having experience in digital business/ fintech/ IT Technology is a plus, as is experience with scaling digital products (in a corporate venture or startup setting)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Native Vietnamese, Excellent English Communication
• Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate the company‘s financial visions, and drive the financials of the company to optimal performance.
